90’s craze Magic Eye stereograms are back to puzzle viewers in the New York area. The Conundrum Express is the visual challenge which are visual mazes meant to tease both your eyes and brain. The exhibition opens on Wednesday and runs through March 20.

Shaping Modernity: Design 1880–1980

The Museum of Modern Art is showing an entire a century of design which covers everything from typography, posters, objects and appliances. The museum houses a huge design collection, including Art Nouveau works, the graphic design movement of 1927–1937 and works that focus on the relationship of machine, body and mind from the 1920s- the early 1940s.

The Dungeon Masters

Keven McAlester’s animated drama-documentary The Dungeon Masters is the story of two men and a woman who live imaginary lives through characters in Dungeons and Dragons which in turn reflects their triumphs and woes in real life. Director Kevin McAlester will be attending this exciting premiere indie documentary premiere.

The New York International Children’s Film Festival is in its 13th year of showcasing amazing youth oriented talent through the silver screen that doesn’t always get publicized by Hollywood. The festival covers a number of interesting genres from full length features, shorts, dramas, animation etc. and is an amazing event for the entire family to enjoy together. Previous features have included Danny Boyle’s Millions and Hayoa Miyazaki’s Spirited Away. The festival usually sells out in advance so get online and purchase tickets as soon as possible.
