Of Sugar & Snow: A History of Ice Cream Making

The perfect summertime refresher, ice-cream will be the star of the show in “Of Sugar & Snow” which portrays the various stages of ice-cream making. Author Jeri Quinzio will take visitors through the commercial success of the sweet treat followed by an ice-cream tasting.
